June 2010 I bought my first SDLR camera. It's a Canon EOS – 1000D. As an entry level DSLR, It come together with the standard 18-55mm kit lens. It was selling at a fairly reasonable price at the PC fair. I bought it at the price of $799, with a few free gifts which including a tripod, a branded neck trap and a UV filter. The moment I bought the cam, I have made a promise to myself, since I've invested so much in this gadget, I got to spend my time with it, and master it, I got to learn to take quality pictures. Then, i started this blog, hoping to track down all my progress achieving better photograhy skills.
